A graduate of WWU, Kelly earned a degree in Classical Guitar. Kelly, a multi-instrumentalist, teaches Guitar, Bass, and Ukulele. He likes to have all his students learn note reading & have a good understanding of theory. He has taught guitar for Noisy Neighbor for two years.
