Kathryn Jones

Kathryn Jones was born into a musical family where singing and playing instruments were common recreational activities. She began studying the piano with her mother at age 4, then the violin at age 9. Kathryn attended Western Washington University where she studied violin, voice, and piano with distinguished professors such as violin with Grant Donnellan. She graduated cum laude in 2009 with a Bachelor of Music degree in Violin Performance. Kathryn now resides in Bellingham, Washington where her goal is the affect the life of every possible child through love and musical instruction. She has abundant experience teaching and working with young children.
